Police Blotter, February 28, 2010

2:17 a.m. Deputies responded to a gas station on Route 52 in the Town of East Fishkill to assist that agency with a report of an armed robbery. Additionally, East Fishkill Police requested canine support from our agency and a Deputy responded with K9.

2:23 a.m. Deputies arrested Jessica Breault, age 22, of LaGrange for aggravated driving while intoxicated subsequent to a traffic stop on Freedom Plains Road in the Town of LaGrange. Subject was processed and released on traffic tickets.

2:26 a.m. Deputies Joseph Ozwill, age 29, of Wappinger for aggravated driving while intoxicated, subsequent to a traffic stop on Vassar Road in the Town of Poughkeepsie.  Subject was processed and released on traffic tickets.

8:20 a.m. Deputies responded to Route 9G near Old Route 199 in the town of Red Hook for a minor hit and run personal injury auto accident. The offending vehicle is described only as a compact maroon vehicle with a black male operator. Investigation continuing.

12:28 p.m. Deputies patrolled to Old North Road in the town of Amenia for an unattended death. The death did not appear suspicious.

12:55 p.m. Deputies patrolled to Harden Drive in the town of Beekman to assist with a property removal.
